The games
The MBG are celebrated every four years bringing together the athletes of the Mediterranean Olympic Committees, members of the ICMG, from three continents: Africa, Asia and Europe.

The venues
Four different venues across two municipalities will play host to the 3rd Mediterranean Beach Games: Karteros Beach Sports Center, Marina Heraklion and National Sports Center of Heraklion (NSCH) in Heraklion and Ammoudara in Malevizi.
